About Me

Hi Everyone!

I’m Daniela and this is my first official attempt at creating a blog.  I started this blog when I was standing in my closet and saw my four-tier plastic shelf filled with books I haven’t gotten a chance to read yet, and trust me there are many.

When I am not working on this blog, I am a news reporter in Northwestern Connecticut.  I absolutely love where I work and it is most beautiful place. 

I have always enjoyed reading, some of my favorite authors are Louisa May Alcott, Mitch Albom, Nicholas Sparks, Laura Ingalls Wilder, Elizabeth Gilbert, Wally Lamb and Stephanie Meyer.

I typically enjoy memoirs and books from different time periods. You will always find me in a bookstore at least once a week looking at New York Times Best Sellers. I also love Oprah’s picks as well.

When I am not reading or writing, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going to museums, restaurants, wine tastings and historic sites when I get the opportunity.
